Bill has been with Ardenwoods since 2011, when he joined the family as a cook. He became the Kitchen Manager in 2012 and was promoted the Director in 2016. Prior to Ardenwoods, Bill worked as a Chef de Cuisine at Grove Park Inn Resort, Food Service Manager at a local natural foods grocery store, and has been a chef at several Asheville restaurants. Bill has lived in Asheville since 1990 and grew up around restaurants and starting working in kitchens at age 15. He enjoys traveling to Europe and Asia and experiencing the different cultures and perspectives on life in our world.
